#BookReview Breach of Contract by JR Gray @TheOriginalGray MM #BDSM

Synopsis
With the legal trouble behind them, Daniel Caplin and Rafael Argon are ready to settle into a low key d/s relationship, but life is unrelenting, when blackmail shatters their illusion of happily ever after. Pictures from one of the Rafael’s public scenes instill fear into his new Submissive, Daniel, acting as a wedge driving the new couple apart.
The building peril in George’s community weighs heavy on his shoulders as he struggles to find the culprit while hiding his feelings for his new house guest. Jesse is torn between ending his marriage, picking up a rebound he should have left fifteen years in the past, and the dangling carrot of a possible relationship with a man. He is forced to fight for what he wants most, a leap he may be too chicken to take.
In the sequel to Legally Bound George battles to take down an unknown enemy, while watching helpless, as those he cares for most are broken beyond repair. Can Rafael and Daniel rebuild their trust after it's broken with lies?

Kay's Review

I have to say I am new to this series and this is my first book from this author. It was interesting getting to know the characters especially Daniel and Rafael who were already in an existing relationship that started out in the first book, Legally Bound. In this book, we get to see them as they navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of a BDSM relationship.

I have to say my stand out character is Jesse. I loved his honesty and almost naivety about some things. His conversations with Daniel were hilarious. I loved seeing his relationship develop with George especially since he'd had such an unhappy marriage. However, I did get a little pissed at him for not taking a decision about his marriage up front. Asking for a separation and then going to see you ex was a little stupid to say the least especially for a lawyer. But hey, it makes for dramatic effect for later on when his wife tries to manipulate him into doing her bidding. It was good seeing George working to protect the people he cared about and fishing out the blackmailer.

Altogether this is a great read and the author sets it up well that there could be more books in the series. If you enjoy gay BDSM, then this one's for you.
