The Billionaire Shifters Club #PNR series is now available on #KindleUnlimited @dianaseerebooks

The Billionaire Shifter’s Series
Exclusively on Amazon / Kindle Unlimited

The Billionaire Shifter’s Club is a 6-book series by Diana Seere, the paranormal pen name for two New York Times and USA Today bestselling romantic comedy authors. All six books (standalones *within* a series) are now exclusively available in Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited program.

The Billionaire Shifter Series Blurb:

Welcome to the most exclusive club in the world. The Novo Club. Novo is Latin for “change.” Our members prefer the word “shift” though.

It’s the hottest club in town.

The price of membership is your heart and your secrecy.

All you need to do to join is to be loved beyond your wildest imagination by someone powerful with an…alpha side so primal it’s in their blood.

Are you ready?

Good. Then let’s begin.

The Billionaire Shifters Club is a series featuring the five Stanton siblings, four brothers and one sister who are all part of an ancient shifter family living in modern America. The subterranean club-within-a-club beneath the streets of Boston, Massachusetts holds secrets only the Stantons and their fellow shifters know.

The Billionaire Shifter Series (all 6 books)

Book 1 – The Billionaire Shifter’s Curvy Match (9/13/16)

When Lilah Murphy started serving drinks at the exclusive Platinum Club, she never expected she would be on the menu.

Biotech billionaire Gavin Stanton had one taste of the new, curvy server and his craving could never be satisfied until he had her fully. Completely.

Fate brought them together, but a centuries-old secret could tear them apart, for the Stanton family holds a shifter legacy that no human has ever threatened.

Until now.

Gavin Stanton is the billionaire CEO of a Boston biotech firm. He’s also a werewolf, the son of a large, ancient family with roots in the British aristocracy. His work is his life. But then he feels the Beat—an irresistible urge to mate with Lilah, a beautiful human who inflames his passions like no other—and he abandons everything he thought he knew in his need to claim her.

Lilah Murphy is broke and desperate. All she wants is a job to support herself, her sister, and her ailing mother. The last thing she needs is to get involved with a rich, powerful guy who would discard her after a few hot nights together and get her fired at her new, high-paying job. But she, too, feels the Beat. She hears him in her mind, feels him in her soul, and the urge to answer the ancient call is undeniable. Is she strong enough to embrace his secrets—and her own?

The Billionaire Shifter’s Curvy Match is the first in an all-new series of hot (did we mention *hot*?) romances about the billionaire shifters and the women they’re fated to love.

The sound of screeching rubber on asphalt drowned out the rest of her words. They both paused, expecting to hear cars colliding. Instead, there was eerie silence—and then the plaintive cry of a wounded animal.
A dog.
They both ran to the window. Outside, the usual neighborhood lowlifes loitered on their grubby street, where the most vibrant business was a check-cashing place. And a bar. Actually, a lot of bars.
And was that a limo? What the hell was one of those doing here?
The dog’s cries continued.
“Smoky!” Lilah gasped, turning away from the window, her heart pounding. “That bastard hit Smoky!”
Smoky was the neighborhood stray. He should’ve been ill-tempered, given his bad luck to live on the streets, but his was the friendliest face on the block, looking happy to see you, always eager for a pat, his tail wagging.
The limo might’ve killed the poor little guy. Taking three stairs at a time, Lilah flew down the stairwell to the stained security door and out the rusty gate to the sidewalk.
The usual drug dealer was standing on the corner, interrupted from talking to whoever was inside a parked silver Chevy. Under that car, only a few feet from him and still whimpering, was a huddled mass of pale fur.
Jess was right on her heels. “Oh, no.”
“We have to help him.” Lilah glanced up and down the street, preparing to cross, her long hair flying as she whipped her head back and forth to make sure it was safe.
Jess grabbed her arm. “You can’t! That’s the dealer who stabbed somebody last year, isn’t it?”
“Different guy,” Lilah said, although it wasn’t. She strode into the street just as the driver of the limo was getting out. She couldn’t leave Smoky to die in the street with those scumbags.
Then she saw the limo driver pull his arms back, hands on hips, revealing a barely-concealed gun on a holster around his chest. The window in the back of the limo remained up, and why shouldn’t it? Why would some rich dude want to get dirty? Why would he care if he’d run over some poor homeless dog?
The tiny scar above Lilah’s left eyebrow began to throb. It jolted her, making the scene before her look shimmery. Unreal. She pressed her fingertips into the tiny divot and hoped the throbbing would go away. The last thing she needed now was a three-day blinding headache.
And she’d run out of her meds. No money.
“What’s wrong, Lilah?” Jess grabbed her elbow and pulled her out of the middle of the street. She’d just frozen there, staring at the back windows of the limo.
Lilah could hear Smoky’s whimpering and the city traffic, but it all came as background noise through the throbbing in her head. It wasn’t quite pain. The pulsing felt like it pierced her brain, a second heartbeat she couldn’t quite follow.
Her vision was fine, and that meant it wasn’t a migraine. Then what was this?
And why did it worsen when her eyes flickered toward the back windows of the limo?
“Let’s get Smoky,” Lilah said, though her mouth felt like it was filled with cotton.
Jess had an arm around her. “I’ll get him. You’re about to faint.”
“I’m fine.” Lilah forced herself to move, shooting an icy glance at the neighborhood felon before she squatted down to the car’s rear bumper.
“Lilah, you look really pale,” Jess insisted, frowning. She looked so much like their mom when she did that.
“Here, puppy,” Lilah cooed, reaching out a hand. She knew the biggest danger was if Smoky ran away again and hid where nobody could help him, so she grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and pulled him as gently as she could out from under the car. Luckily, Smoky was a small thing, barely fifteen pounds, and she got him bundled up in her arms without having to drag him far.
He relaxed in her arms, his shivering more from fear than any injury. Thank goodness.
But as soon as she stood, the throbbing, pulsing pain returned. Her gaze was pulled to the back window of the limo, now open. To the man sitting in the shadows.
Him. Her head felt like someone had dropped a brick on it, her body filling with heat and lava.
It’s him.
What was the matter with her? She had to get Smoky inside. She didn’t know anyone who rode around in a limo, so why did she feel like she did?
It didn’t matter. She had to get closer. She had to see him.
Holding Smoky in her arms, Lilah took a step toward the limo, then another.
Jess snagged her elbow. “Lilah, no! You can’t! That driver has a gun—”
Lilah was beyond reason, the pounding turning into a word, a word that had no sound, no form, no sense.
That voice. It pounded like a hammer forging steel. She continued to advance on the shining black limo, barely noticing when the driver climbed inside and slammed the door. She was fearless in her uncontrollable need to see that face, to know he was real.
You’re real.
Jess was at her heels. “Lilah, please—”
The limo peeled out, its tires screeching as it drove past her only an arm’s-length away. Two bright blue eyes, glittering with otherworldly sharpness, met hers through the open window. Gold highlights tickled his hair, a honey brown that curved up at the neck, a little too long to be all business, with waves she wanted to sink her fingers into. A strong jaw, set firmly, and those wild, seductive eyes... oh.
Oh my.
And then the voice changed in an instant.

Book 2 – The Billionaire Shifter’s Virgin Mate (10/11/16)

McDermott "Derry" Stanton is an old-money playboy who sleeps his way through half the world, one willing woman at a time.

A bear shifter, he never hibernates alone. Sometimes even one woman isn't enough.

But when this irresistible billionaire meets Jessica Murphy, everything changes. The man who views life as a female feast suddenly acquires more discerning tastes. The only woman who can satisfy him now...

Is Jessica Murphy. He must have her. Immediately. Frequently.

Jess, however, doesn't want any man, least of all a spoiled playboy who's about to become her brother-in-law. A pre-med student with deep ambitions and a past filled with painful rejection, she's all business.

Too bad Derry Stanton is her business. A frequent customer at the Platinum Club where she waits tables, and now the best man to her maid of honor in her sister's wedding, the guy is everywhere.

And pretty soon, she finds herself everywhere, too.

In his arms, on his bed, between the sheets....

But sex is the last thing she needs.

Or it was until she meets Derry and starts hearing the Beat. And feeling a connection she'd never imagined, never dreamed, never hoped for.

It's all too unbearably good.

Book 3 – The Billionaire Shifter’s Second Chance (12/2/16)

A wildland firefighter--and mountain lion shifter--Edward is the youngest of the Stanton siblings, and hasn't touched a woman in a decade, not since his late fiancee was killed in a violent tragedy.

But when he meets the sweet, adorable Molly Sloan, a friend of his new sister-in-law, Lilah... his determination to remain celibate begins to unravel.

Something about Molly is irresistible. Something about her makes him forget the past... and hear the Beat. But Edward will have to fight for her -- forces are gathering to use her in ways that might separate them forever.

Book 4 – The Billionaire Shifter’s Secret Baby (4/4/17)

A masquerade ball in Malibu led to a single night of passion under the stars… and set the wheels of fate in motion.

Three years ago, waitress Kara Jablonski gave in to her wilder side with a fellow weretiger, the rock star billionaire Lars Jensen, a sun-kissed blond drummer with a viking's build. Six weeks later, the pregnancy test came back positive.

Knowing Lars' powerful, overbearing mother would be able to take the baby away, Kara did what she had to do.

She hid him.

Now chance has brought Lars back into her life, his touch making her pulse beat like the old legends. So strong, so loud, so bold.

So right.

But can she trust him to want more than another night under the stars? Can she trust him to claim his son as his heir... and Kara as his mate?

Fate responds with a roar...

Book 5 – The Billionaire Shifter’s True Alpha (10/24/17)

Zach Hayden was an ordinary guy until an accident in Gavin Stanton’s research lab left him howling at the moon. Turned into a werewolf by the same serum he helped to create, biochemist Zach is now seven inches taller, has seventy pounds of new muscle, and, well -- everything got bigger.

Sophia Stanton is a confident billionaire bear shifter who enjoys the finer things in life -- especially fine men. Unlike her older brother Gavin, she has no plans to settle down with just one mate. Why limit yourself to a single taste when you can have a little lick of everything?

Unconvinced that Zach has adjusted to his transformation, Sophia’s brothers confine Zach to their family compound in Montana, where Sophia offers to teach him how to manage his new powers—and libido.

But when Zach and Sophia both hear the Beat, an old shifter legend that guarantees they are made for each other, is falling in love their fate—or is it just wishful thinking?

When her powerful family questions his motives and powers, can Zach rise to the occasion—

And become Sophia’s true alpha?

Book 6 – The Billionaire Shifter’s Final Redemption (9/13/18)

Asher Stanton has devoted his entire, long life to protecting the shifter world — but he couldn’t save his own beloved human wife and child. Walling off his emotions and turning his life into mission to consolidate power, he is ruthless, determined — and most definitely never falling in love with another human again.

Years later, a dark threat looms over the shifter world as Asher’s childhood friend, Tomas Nagy, becomes into his worst enemy. With the future of the shifter world in question, he must turn to a human scientist, the fiery, headstrong Dr. Samantha Baird, to help him fight the forces of evil.

Too bad he can’t fight his attraction to her, an all-consuming urge that strips him of his well-honed restraint. A man accustomed to being in control at all times, Asher finds himself unable to resist.

Fate has a funny way of showing up when least expected, and when an old prophesy predicts Asher and Samantha’s union, the family patriarch must accept the fact that he, and he alone, cannot protect her.

Samantha may be the shifter world’s greatest gift.

And Asher Stanton’s final redemption.

Poignant and Poetic #BookReview Ripe: Letters by Alan Semrow #Memoir #LGBTQ

This book reminded me so much of my teenage years when writing love letters to your crushes was still a thing. Each chapter is a letter addressed to the persons the author had relationships with, some very brief and some others even from a distance.

While some of these letters weren't exactly love letters, they were written from a place of love, highlighting how those encounters no matter how brief impacted the author positively.

From Dear 'Birthday Guy' to 'Daddy', 'Blondie' to 'Athlete', each letter is meaningful and poignant, sometimes humorous, sometimes poetic and always comes across as genuine.
The reflections are so relate-able, they made me think of my past relationships and how I would address them if I wrote letters to them.

This is quite an easy read and I didn't want to put it down once i started reading. Definitely worth reading for anyone who enjoys memoirs and LGBT literature.

A Mate to Sacrifice
Author: Laylah Roberts
Release Date : October 10

Available at Amazon | Kobo

A mistake she deeply regrets…
Growing up the daughter of a gang member, Peyton didn’t exactly have a life filled with cupcakes, family holidays and daddy-daughter dances.
Not unless you counted a trip to the prison to visit your daddy a family holiday.
So what does she do? She stupidly accepts a proposal from the first man offering an escape.
He was supposed to be her savior.
He turned into her nightmare.

A female of their dreams…
On the hunt for a murderer, no one is more surprised than Caden and Sangel when they come across a fragile, tiny, human female — with a backbone of steel and a mouth like razorblades.
She is everything they ever wanted. But when she sacrifices herself to save Sangel, will they lose it all?

“Peyton?” She’d known he was awake. He’d woken the moment she touched him. Sangel was awake as well. She could feel him growing tense behind her. “What are you doing?”
“I need to taste you.”
“Taste me? Is that a human custom?”
“Oh, I’m betting it’s a custom of yours as well. I want to run my tongue all over you. I want to know the feel of you. How you taste.”
“Oh. Yes. I mean, no.”
She grinned at his uncustomary indecisiveness.
“No? Are you really turning me down?”
“I do not know if this is a good idea.”
“No, it isn’t a good idea,” she agreed as she straddled his hips. Jeez he was wide, and Sangel was wider still. Would they even fit inside her? She thought they somehow would. That her body, slim and boy-like though it was, was made for theirs. That maybe she was supposed to be with them.
While the ship had rocked and rolled under the force of the space pirate’s attack, she’d done some thinking. And she’d realized she couldn’t go on without knowing what it was like to be with them. Would she take it any further than that? She didn’t know. Was this fair to them? Maybe not. But she could no longer hold back. She had to know.
“This is a great idea.”
“Peyton, are you certain?” Sangel asked.
She looked over at him. “Yes. I just want to feel the two of you against me. To know that we’re all alive and safe. It’s not a promise of anything. I can’t do that. I’m not ready. But please tell me you want this as well. Want me.”

(This is the opening chapter of Daisy. It's written from her POV.)
They say the English are obsessed with the weather. That’s where the phrase ‘it never rains, but it pours’ comes from. I agree on both counts, with today being no exception. This is not the kind of day you expect to fall in love.
I’m in London for meetings which I run from the comfort of my private members’ club in Berkley Square. Needless to say, I spend a lot of time there, breezing in and out as though I own the place - which I guess, in part, I do.
My first appointment has shown up early, whilst the train I took into the city from the suburbs was late.
Plus, like I said, it's raining, heavy. And of course, as is the case when the weather is so unexpectedly dire in the middle of summer, there are no cabs. Whilst walking, even in my four-inch heels, is quicker than a taxi around this neck of the woods, and despite me being late already, avoiding the sharp edges of others' umbrellas whilst simultaneously splashing rainwater up the back of my legs, was not my first option.
I’m rushing. Of course I am. I am a high-flying business woman and my reputation in this game is everything. But, this guy has come highly recommended from a contact I have trusted for the past few years, so I’m more comfortable being later than is normal for me. Him coming with a glowing endorsement means I've not felt it as necessary to prepare in the way I normally would for a meeting of this magnitude. His great pedigree is as important as being able to talk the talk in this industry, and consequently, I’m more consumed with how I’m going to avoid the lecherous old age pensioners at tonight's fundraiser. I’m attending alone which is always an issue. Rich, aged men seem to think their finances, rather than their business acumen, are enough to buy me. And when I say buy me, I mean my interest in their mind. Commerce credibility from a pretty, young woman is difficult for them to grasp.
My hurried steps mean I’m not looking anywhere near my best by the time I arrive at Kingsley’s with my black hair, which I painstakingly straightened this morning, stuck to my head in dark ringlets. And this is despite the soggy newspaper I’d used for protection. I deposit it in the bin by the reception desk as I smile my hellos.
“Ah, looking dazzling as ever.” James, one of the many staff members whom I adore, greets me at the entrance with a kiss on both of my wet cheeks.
“Thank you, James. Where is my guest please?” My eyes flit into the bar. All the visible tables are vacant.
James whispers, “Please, don’t worry. We seated him around the corner, so he wouldn’t be able to see when you arrived.” His smile shows genuine warmth held in the twinkle of his eyes.
“Oh, thank you, James. You really are a darling.” I squeeze his elbow quickly before I dash off to the small toilet to straighten myself out.
Tottering back with my glasses thoroughly wiped clear of heavy rain drops and my black hair bunched behind my head in an elegant knot, I’m feeling better.
Until I turn the corner into the bar and I see him for the first time.
My appointment is here to talk about how he can launder my money. He owns a bunch of businesses around this fair city - and the world. I haven’t asked what kind; it’s of no concern to me. The least I know the better in respect to self-preservation.
I expected a greasy little man with more arrogance than penis. Whilst I’m not sure about the size of his member, it looks like I’ve gotten everything else wrong.
He sits at the table sipping something clear and sparkling. One hand rests against the base of the glass while he scrolls through his phone with the thumb of his other. He emanates a peaceful aura and in that millisecond something inside me shifts. The moment is over, he hears the clack of my heels on the history laden floorboards and raises his dark eyes to meet mine, with a glint of perfectly white teeth.
I’m surprised my knees don’t buckle, they’re shaking that much, as I scramble to walk on the shiny surface without slipping, all arse and knickers, on my backside. To my dismay, I don't think it's the difficulty of walking on these old floorboards weakening my legs.
He stands as I approach. I'm tall, and he's taller. Nice. The hand he extends to shake mine is warm against my clammy, cold palm. His long fingers encase my slim ones.
“Daisy, I presume?” Despite his olive features, he speaks with no accent. It's not an English accent, but simply undefined.
“I am. And you are Aaron?”
Don’t worry, it’s a mistake many people make.” He gestures to the empty seat opposite him. I take a seat, stifling my sigh of relief. And then I straighten my pink pencil skirt as I cross my chocolate legs. The material suddenly feels too short for the occasion, so I half lift my ass out of the chair and tug it down as far as it will go without threatening to rip at the seams.

I turned to face Ashur and came to an abrupt halt.
Instead of the impeccably tailored suit I expected him to be in, he wore a large towel wrapped around his waist. He rubbed his damp hair with a small cloth as beads of water trailed along the tanned skin of his broad shoulders and washboard abs.
It took all my effort not to lick my lips.
His honed form was a work of art.
He no longer possessed the lean physique of the boy I’d fallen in love with but that of a man who’d built his muscles from years of military training. There wasn’t an inch of unnecessary fat on him, and his chiseled abs would put a bodybuilder to shame. The only things marring his gorgeous form were the slight scars on his waist and chest. He’d incorporated them into the Indian-inspired tattoos that covered most of the left half of his upper body, making me want to trace each design around them. Not just with my finger but my tongue.
And then there was the way the towel clung to him. Dear lord, a woman had to be dead not to drool and hope for a peek at the package hidden under the cloth.
Shit, what was I doing?
Get your hormones in check, Tara Zain. Your entire family is waiting for you down the hall.
I ignored my self-reprimand and continued to examine Ashur’s body. Politicians were supposed to be balding with potbellies. Not sexy as sin, covered in tattoos, and looking like they should be on the cover of a wet Wednesday calendar.
“Want me to lose the towel?” A smirk touched his lips.
Damn. He’d caught me staring at his body.
